River planning effort enters new phase

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, city planners and other interested parties are entering the third phase of Riverfirst, the proposed redevelopment of 5.5 miles of the city’s upper Mississippi riverfront. The park board will meet March 14 to consider a series of resolutions.
